1/4″ Drill Chuck with Straight Shaft Arbor
This chuck comes with a straight shaft arbor designed to fit in our multi-tool holders with 3/8″ mounting holes*. The straight shaft arbor will also work with our 3/8″ insert holder tool post (P/N 7600). It has a 3/8″ diameter straight shaft with a machined flat for holding in the posts. Ensure the flat surface on the arbor is oriented toward the top of the tool post, so the 10-32 x 3/4″ SHC screw will be perpendicular to the flat. This orientation will assure that the arbor does not turn or move when force is exerted on the tool.
