Sherline 90° Angle Table

P/N 3559

Use of the 90° Angle Table

The 90° angle table is a very useful work-holding fixture for milling. It can be used to hold parts on either surface. Parts can also be held from two directions at once, providing a very solid setup. Parts clamped to the vertical surface can be held perpendicular to the table even if they are not flat on the bottom. It has large 3" x 3" x 10" work surfaces with two T-slots running full length on each. It is made from 5/8" thick extruded aluminum with the working surfaces machined flat and perpendicular. The plate has a tough, easy-to-care-for black anodized finish. Six countersunk mounting holes are provided and six 10-32 x 3/8" mounting screws and T-nuts are included. All standard Sherline clamps and accessories can be used in the T-slots for holding your work. This plate is not just for Sherline tools. It would be a handy setup fixture for mills or drill presses of any size.

A shorter version of this table is available as P/N 3561. It is the same cross-section but is only 3.5" long. This allows it to be fastened to the mill table either parallel or perpendicular to the axis of the table. Though it won't hold as large a part, this versatility can sometimes be an advantage in certain setups.
