Our Accu-Pro CNC benchtop machines are designed with industrial shops in mind and can cut metal, wood, or plastic. The Accu-Pro line of CNC machines includes a vertical milling machine, a lathe, and a chucker lathe. These CNC machines have a state-of-the-art MASSO G3 touch controller and a 36V power supply that runs the 36V, closed-loop stepper motors. Each CNC machine has ball screws with beefed-up saddles.
The Accu-Pro CNC benchtop machines have an optical encoder, G-code spindle speed control with threading capability, MASSO homing sensors, and a 4-GB USB flash drive with CNC software, machine settings, sample programs, and PDF instructions.
All our Accu-Pro CNC benchtop machines are made in the USA, and our customer service is second to none. Although our machines are small, they can produce high-quality precision parts. They are tabletop-size machines with full-size machine precision and capacity.

We would like to share an encouraging development regarding the future of Sherline Products.
We are currently in discussions with an American manufacturer regarding the potential purchase of Sherline’s intellectual property and remaining inventory. The goal of this proposed acquisition is to preserve and revitalize the Sherline brand while providing continued availability of replacement parts, accessories, and machines for our valued customers.
As these discussions progress, we have agreed to temporarily suspend accepting new orders, effective October 19, 2026. This will allow us to preserve our remaining inventory while negotiations are underway.
Although no final agreement has been reached, we are hopeful that this opportunity will provide a positive path forward for the Sherline name and the customers who have trusted our products for more than five decades.
We sincerely appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued loyalty during this transition. We will share additional information as soon as it becomes available.
Our greatest hope is that the Sherline legacy of quality, precision, and American craftsmanship will continue for generations to come.

36V Closed-Loop Stepper Motor
The 36V stepper motor is a closed-loop motor with an integrated driver, housed in the same NEMA 23 frame as our standard stepper motor. It features built-in LED indicators that display both power and alarm status for easy monitoring.
⚠️ NOTE: The 36V closed-loop stepper motors are sold only as replacement parts for Sherline Accu-Pro machines. They are not available as upgrade components for pre-existing systems.
