The Mill Ball Screw XYZ‑Axes Retrofit Kit is a retrofit upgrade for Sherline milling machines that replaces the standard X and Y axis lead screws with precision ball screws to reduce backlash and improve smooth, accurate motion. It includes rolled ball leadscrews with BSH nuts (10 mm × 2 mm lead, C7 accuracy), high-torque stepper-motor couplings and mounts, and ball screw mill saddles assembled at the factory for easy installation.

The Mill Ball Screw Z‑Axis Retrofit Kit is an upgrade kit for Sherline milling machines that replaces the standard Z-axis leadscrew with a precision ball screw assembly to reduce backlash and improve smoothness and positional accuracy. It includes a rolled ball screw with BSH nut, stepper-motor coupling and mount, and modified saddle components, and is ready to install with all key parts assembled at the factory.
