US Alerts
USPS is experiencing unprecedented volume increases and limited employee availability due to the impacts of Covid-19. Delivery times are much longer than normal so please allow additional time for orders to be delivered if you select USPS for shipping.
UPS has suspended the UPS Service Guarantee for all shipments to the US. Meaning that any expedited shipment is not guaranteed to be delivered on time, and shipping charges will not be refunded. Please see UPS.com for more information.

USPS International delivery can be severely delayed right now with some orders taking 2-3 months to be delivered. If you need an order faster, with more reliable tracking, you can email us to get a shipping quote for DHL. Due to the delays we will not be resending orders that ship through the mail at this time and would encourage you to have your order shipped with DHL.
