In addition to our full line of miniature machine tools and accessories, SHERLINE manufactures a line of accessories for full size machine tools. Our manufacturing experience has helped us to find a few things that are really useful and handy to have around a machine shop, and we offere them to make the machinist's life easier.
Several years ago we introduced a line of quick change 3-Jaw and 4-Jaw Chucks. Now you can enjoy the accuracy of a 4-Jaw or the versatility of a 3-Jaw chuck without the time lost in changing setup as when using a collet. Simply remove the collet and install the chuck in the same holder. The jaws of the 4-Jaw are reversible to hold larger work, and the 3-Jaw comes with an extra set of hardened, reversible jaws. The 3-Jaw is available in 3" and 4" sizes. The 4-Jaw is available in 3" size. In addition, a smaller 2-1/2" Chuck is also available in 3-Jaw or 4-Jaw configurations. Some of the adapters available include #4 Morse with tang or 1/2"-13 drawbar, R8 (3" 3-Jaw), 3J and 2J (4" 3-Jaw) and 3C (2-1/2" 3- and 4-Jaw). Soft jaws are also available for the 3" and 4" 3-Jaw Chuck. These precision crafted chucks will pay for themselves many times over in time saved whenever they are used.

These precisely machined handwheel dials have a handsome and professional looking black anodized finish. The markings are precision engraved with a high powered YAG laser which cuts through the black finish into the bright aluminum. This provides high contrast, easy-to-read numbers and increment lines in bright metal on black. The computer controlled cutting process also provides extremely accurate division of the dial into precise segments without exerting any distorting forces on the dial itself while cutting.
The dials fit most standard Bridgeport and similar model vertical milling machines. The dials are easy to install and come with complete instructions. They can be ordered individually in 0 to 100 or 0 to 200 graduations or as a complete set of four which includes one 0-100 and three 0-200 dials. Metric versions are also available.
