CNC Conversion Companies for SHERLINE Equipment

A number of aftermarket manufacturers supply equipment to convert Sherline tools into Computer Numeric Controlled or CNC tools. Sherline only produces manually operated machines and "CNC-ready" machines (no software or computer hardware). These companies purchase Sherline machines, and, using their own conversion designs, stepper/drive motors and software, modify the machines to CNC use. Some offer kits for you to convert your own machine to CNC, while some sell complete, turn-key machines. They all have their own web sites, and direct links are provided for each. Sherline does not endorse one supplier over another, as each addresses a particular portion of the market.
