By popular demand, particularly in the CNC market, Sherline now offers a 5" longer mill table and leadscrew in place of the standard 13" table. This extends not only the table surface but the X-axis travel an additional 5", giving you over 12" of X-axis travel. The table is offered in only one version. It has predrilled mounting holes for both manual or CNC applications so it can be used for either. This table does not have the laser engraved reference scale used on the original equipment 5400 and 2000-series mill tables. This allows us to use it in both metric and inch applications for a cost savings on this limited production item.
Choose either manual (for handwheel) or CNC (for stepper motor mount) leadscrews. Each is available in either inch (20 TPI) or metric (1 mm) thread pitch. Part numbers are listed above.
